Abstract

One of the reasons for the low quality of the environment today is the activities carried out by humans as consumers. Consumers' positive attitudes towards environmental issues can be encouraged by economic literacy and ecological literacy, which reflect the relationship between the economy and ecology. A person's lack of insight into the environment causes various environmental problems to continue without the perpetrators of destruction realizing it. Solutions to various environmental issues must come from all scientific disciplines, especially the most basic ones in education. Environmentally friendly consumer behavior is individual behavior that is influenced by concern for the environment. This research aims to describe the influence of economic literacy and environmental literacy on environmentally friendly consumer behavior, financial literacy on ecologically friendly consumer behavior, and environmental literacy on social consumer behavior. Environment. Environment. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach and correlational descriptive analysis techniques. This research analyzes the influence of Economic Literacy and Environmental Literacy on Green Consumer Behavior. The research population was students of the Economic Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Kuningan University. Data analysis uses multiple regression. The research results show that economic and environmental literacy positively affect environmentally friendly consumer behavior. The findings of this research have implications for efforts to increase consumption of green consumer behavior, which is predominantly triggered by digital media and educational institutions. In addition, the research results show that although environmental literacy positively affects environmentally friendly consumer behavior, the effect is low. This can be improved with a learning approach that seeks to increase student involvement by using the environment as a learning resource. So, the author recommends that for further research, an approach can be used that involves students in utilizing the environment through learning activities that will attract students' interest in studying things related to life and beneficial to the environment.

Abstract

Differentiated instruction facilitates learning based on students’ unique interests, preparedness for learning, and learning profiles. Many teachers lack a comprehensive understanding of differentiated instruction, particularly in kindergarten. Teachers used to employ Student Worksheets to facilitate learning. This study aims to: (1) the implementation of differentiated instruction at an Indonesian private kindergarten, (2) the factors that facilitate the instruction’s implementation, and (3) the efforts to deal with any challenges encountered during the implementation of the instruction. This study employed a qualitative case study design to capture a phenomenon comprehensively and contextually by gathering data directly from the subject under investigation. The study was executed at Aisyiyah Kindergarten, Sukorejo, Indonesia. It is the only Indonesian kindergarten in Sukorejo that incorporates an independent curriculum called Sekolah Penggerak. Teachers implement holistic-integrative learning design to differentiate instructional activities. Learning media containing STEAM Loose parts were utilized to determine various factors that may facilitate or impede the instruction. Factors that facilitate instruction include the learning environment, media utilization, teachers’ creativity, the student-teacher relationship, the implementation of teaching techniques, students’ psychological well-being, and community support beyond the school setting. The inhibitory factors encompass a scarcity of learning resources, students’ lack of preparedness for learning, a shortage of teachers, and inadequate infrastructure. This study revealed that the school tried to address the challenges by collaborating with the community inside and outside the school, such as with student guardians, the foundation administrator, and related agencies

Abstract

The purpose of service learning is to connect theory and practice in a way that gives students a prospect to both take part in a service activity that meets community needs, as well as reflect on the experience in class to enhance their civic engagement and deepen their understanding of course content. A successful service-learning program requires reflective practice. The School of Education at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), Malaysia has been conducting service-learning for many years. Although there is no proper guideline for the students to reflect on their service-learning experiences, students are still expected to do so. The objective in this study are describing service-learning experience. This research study applies case study research method among students’ reflective experiences in service-learning at School of Education in UTM. Data collection was done using qualitative research methodology involving semi structured interviews with UTM postgraduates. Triangulation method used to validate the data and continued with thematic analysis to identify the themes. The findings for every research question have been plotted in diagram. Based on the themes from the findings, a template was proposed for improving service-learning reflection for the students from UTM.

This study aims to analyze the impact of work stress and workload on turnover intention with job satisfaction as a mediation role amongst Generation Z employees. The sample in this study was 422 people representing the Generation Z workforce in Batam. PLS-SEM was used to analyze this data.
